Miscellaneous Information:
How Large a vinyl banner can you make? Since we have the capability to weld the vinyl together, we can actually make banners as large as 150' x 300'.
MESH fence Banners - Mesh Fence Banners are very popular at construction sites and industrial plants. The cost of Mesh Fence Banners is an additional 50 cents per square foot. Merely order a vinyl banner, and request "MESH" in the comments section. We will add the extra mesh cost when we process your order.
Wind Slits - We must emphasize here that Mesh Fence Baners made from mesh material are designed specifically for windy conditions and are typically a better choice than a standard vinyl banner with wind slits. The cost of a wind slit is 50 cents per wind slit. To add Wind slits, merely state the number of wind slits you need in the comments section of your order. WE will add the extra wind slit cost when we process your order. NOTE: See Windy conditions below.
WINDY Conditions - In windy conditions we always recommend MESH fence banners. They allow more air to pass through than wind slits, and are stronger than a banner with the wind slits cut into it. We can even do TWO-sided mesh fence banners if needed. (Most smaller banner manufacturers do not have the equipment to do a mesh fence banner properly, thus they typically push people toward the wind slit solution. In our opinion, wind slits turn a good looking vinyl banner into a banner with unattractive holes in it.)
Velcro - The cost of Velcro is $1.50 per running foot for both sides (the Hook and the loop). If you only need one side, the cost is 75 cents per running foot. To add Velcro to your vinyl banners, merely state your Velcro needs in the comments section of your order. We will add the extra velcro cost when we process your order.
More than 6 Grommets - Our standard for vinyl banners 12 feet and under is six grommets. If you need more grommets in your viny banners, just specify how many in the comments section of your order. Additional grommets are no charge.
Banner Height
Your banners may run either horizontally or vertically. Height is the top to bottom dimension. Enter your dimensions in whole feet.
IF you need a vinyl banner that is different than whole feet (such as 42 inches tall [3 feet 6 inches] by 103 inches wide [8 feet 7 inches]):
A.) Be sure you build your banner design to match your final size.
B.) Order the next larger banner size in whole feet (4 feet by 9 feet in this example).
C.) In the COMMENTS section of your order tell us the EXACT size of your banner, or, when you email us your art, just tell us what the exact dimensions need to be.
Banner Width

Banner Finishing
You may choose either a One Sided, or a Two Sided vinyl banners, with either hems and grommets or pole pockets. Note: cloth or fabric banners can not be printed on two sides of one piece of material. A two sided cloth banner has two pieces of fabric sewn together.
Grommets are placed in the corners, and pole pockets are placed on the top & bottom. If you would like additional grommets, please tell us so (how many and where) in the “comments” area of your order. Additional Grommets are NO CHARGE :-)
A hem with grommets is used when your vinyl banner is secured with rope or other tie-downs, such as for use on a fence or wall.
Pole Pockets are used for hanging your vinyl or cloth banners with a pole at top. Our pole pocket will hold up to a 1” diameter pole or rod. If you need a larger pocket, just let us know.
Banner "Quantity"
From the drop down menu, you may choose from one to twenty quantity:
• On quantities over 10, next day shipping MAY not be available. If you need more than 10 banners next day, please call us at 901-759-0932 to find out if next day is available.
• For quantities OVER 20, call for custom pricing and a formal quote.
For Next Day Shipping, Proof Approval is required by 3:00 PM Central Time on normal business days.
2 SIDED BANNERS - NEXT and SAME DAY SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE as we need 24 hours drying time between sides.
"Ships In" time frame (Business days until your banner ships)
The "Ships In" time frame , or production time, begins on the day AFTER your electronic proof has been approved. Order and proof approval daily cut off is 3:00 PM Central Time on standard business days. (Orders and proof approvals received after 3:00 PM Central Time are processed with the next business days orders.)
You may choose from four "Ships In" times:
• 4 Business Days
• 2 Business Days
• Next Business Day
• Same Business Day - Design MUST be approved and order placed by NOON Central Time
For Next Day Shipping, Proof Approval is required by 3:00 PM Central Time.
2 SIDED BANNERS - NEXT and SAME DAY SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE as we need 24 hours drying time between sides.
Note: "Ships In" time does NOT include shipping transit time. Also, we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. These days are NOT included when figuring the "Ships In" time.
Cost of Various Shipping Methods
While in the Shopping Cart, you will have a choice of Express shipping methods, from to Next Day Early AM Service to Three Day Select.
The system will calculate and display in real time the actual cost for each express shipping method. This will allow you to decide which cost and shipping method is best for your situation.
Ground shipping is a flat $9.75 per order for up to five products, and an additional $9.75 per additional five products on the order.
NOTE: Some very large banners may exceed the maximum weight accepted by UPS. If that is the case, select "Truck Line", and we will ship it to you via Truck Line, or another appropriate freight service, for a flat fee of $95.
